This patient presented for rejuvenation around her eyes; upper and lower blepharoplasties under local anesthetic (with sedation), done in the office. At the same time, she had fat grafting performed at her lower lids (at the infraorbital rims) to replace lost volume and minimize the "bags" under her eys, and her lips and nasolabial folds.

At the same time, she had fat grafting performed at her lower lids (at the infraorbital rims) to replace lost volume and minimize the "bags" under her eyes, as well as fat grafts placed at the lips and nasolabial folds. In addition to the reduced "bagginess" at the lower lids, note how the fat grafting improved the contour of the corners of the mouth.
